2025 Sumida Wellness Weekend

In its 9th year, we are hosting the '2025 Sumida Wellness Weekend' in support of the world's largest health festival, World Wellness Weekend! This 1-day event consists of two pillars: stage performances such as dance, and various workshops. We offer a variety of programs that can be enjoyed by everyone from kids to seniors, including dance stages, science shows, Pilates, Zen meditation, and craft making. Why not take a small step for your mental and physical health? ■Notes Workshops require prior reservation via the website.
