Asahi City Ioka YOU・Play Festival 2025

This festival is held mainly at Ioka Beach, which has been selected as one of "Japan's 100 Best Beaches." The main event is a fireworks display that is also the setting for Shunji Iwai's film, 'Shall We See the Fireworks from Below or the Side?' At the spacious Ioka Beach, there’s nothing obstructing the view, allowing you to enjoy magnificent fireworks from the closest point in Japan. In addition to the fireworks festival, there will be a recreation area for games like ring toss, night stalls, and a bazaar, making the festival even more exciting.
