Hōtai Waterfall, located in the source area of the mother river "Koyoshigawa" flowing through the Yurihonjo region at the eastern foot of one of Japan's hundred famous mountains, Mount Chokai, consists of three falls: Ichinotaki, Ninotaki, and Sannotaki. It has a total length of 100m, a drop of 57.4m, and a width ranging from 3m to 30m. In autumn, the surrounding trees turn red and yellow, offering beautiful scenery to enjoy. Near the waterfall, there is the Hōtai Camping Ground, which can also be used as a base for outdoor leisure activities.
