Showa Kinen Park PF Nordic Walking (May)
Nordic walking with a new course
A walking session using poles that puts less strain on the knees and waist. We will provide careful lessons on how to use the poles and how to walk, then set off for walking in the park! It's easy for beginners in Nordic walking to participate. Advance reservation on the reservation site is required. The target audience is from 1st grade in elementary school and above (must be accompanied by a guardian until middle school). Meet at the Nishitachikawa Gate.
