Inviting Shinji Hashimoto
Shinji Hashimoto left his corporate job about 40 years ago to pursue livestock integrated agriculture. After much trial and error, he has been practicing organic farming in Tamba City. He currently raises free-range chickens and grows over 40 types of vegetables, delivering them to consumers every week. Recently, he has become interested in training successors for organic farming and is actively practicing it. He provides agricultural experiences for children at an elementary school in Ichijima Town, allowing them to feel the texture of the soil and directly experience the warmth and weight of holding a chicken.
