Itakiso Shrine Sacred Festival
The revival of the portable shrine procession since last year
After the annual festival ends on the 15th, the portable shrine procession is held on the first Sunday. It departs from the shrine at noon, travels 3 km north to the Okumiya (Niu Shrine), and returns via Shikinomori Park. There will be three portable shrines, a flower cart pulled by women, children's portable shrines, and a procession of child participants.
