Enjoy about 150 varieties and 450 plants of peonies blooming in the temple grounds. The blooming periods vary by variety. It is said that the most beautiful times to see the flowers are around 10:00 AM and between 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM. The front yard is at its best from around April 10 to April 15, and the back yard from around April 17 to April 22.
