Did you know that many dogs and cats are held in animal protection centers across the country? The dogs and cats introduced daily at the Hiroshima Prefectural Animal Protection Center are only a portion of the total population being housed. During the backyard tour, we explain "how many dogs and cats are being held" and "what can be done to reduce the number of dogs and cats without owners," and guide visitors through the rooms where the dogs and cats are housed. The target audience is 4th graders and up (elementary school students must be accompanied by a guardian).
