Ibigawa Festival Thank You Fireworks

Putting people's dreams and wishes into fireworks...
This festival originated from the 'Kappa Legend' that has been passed down in Ibigawa-cho and the 'Water God Festival' that started as a prayer for recovery from the floods that occurred during the Meiji era. The 'Thank You Fireworks' collects feelings of gratitude and wishes towards the Ibi River and attaches them as message seals to the fireworks for launching. Of course, there are also display fireworks and star mines, but the 'Shakudama' that blooms into a giant flower with a diameter of 300m is truly spectacular!
