Live Commentary Planetarium "Arcturus - The Star That Cannot Be Remembered -"

An original program that changes themes with the seasons. The main star is "Arcturus", which is at its best in spring. Arcturus is very bright and stands out, making it essential for spring starry sky explanations, and it played a significant role in the discovery of the important astronomical phenomenon known as 'proper motion'. Note

Closed on Mondays (the following weekday if a holiday). Closed on 5/8. The planetarium will only be closed on 5/13. Projection times are 11:30 and 14:15 on weekdays. However, if a school group reservation is made on weekdays, it will be canceled (reservations can be made up to one week in advance). On Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and weekdays from 3/25 to 4/4, the show will be at 14:15 (each session is about 45 minutes).

Adults 600 yen, junior high school students and below 300 yen. Museum entrance fee: Adults 300 yen, junior high school students and below 150 yen is required separately, free for under 4 years old.

About 10 minutes from the Chuo Expressway "Kunitachi Fuchu" IC.

Access (Public)

About 6 minutes by bus from Keio Line and JR Nambu Line "Bunpaku Kawara" Station to "Kyodo no Mori General Gymnasium", get off right in front of the "Kyodo no Mori Main Gate".
