Zen Temple Training Experience - A Quiet Morning Facing Yourself
At Ichihata Yakushi, we hold the 'Asagayu Zen Meditation Session' (Zen meditation) three times a year. After meditation (zazen), participants enjoy the temple's morning porridge. Before the meal, we offer a prayer to learn the spirit of 'itadakimasu'. Reservation required. Limited to individual participants.
