Let's Try Using Children's Needs Cards! ~Dialogue Connecting Children and Me~ Daily Edition: For Adults

Children's needs cards consist of two types: "emotion cards" that express feelings and "needs cards" that express wishes. Using these cards to listen to children allows for empathetic listening without adding evaluation or analysis, and helps the children become more aware of their own emotions and the wishes (needs) they value. These cards can be used not only by children but also by adults. This project features a workshop aimed at adults on how to use the cards.
