Ibara City Hojo Sōun Festival
Festival to commemorate Hojo Sōun
The festival is held at the Takae Castle Ruins, where Hojo Sōun, who founded the Later Hojo clan, was born and spent his youth in Ebara District (currently Higashi Ebara Town) in Ibara. Traditional arts will be showcased, and an open-air market 'Sōun Market' will also be held.
