How about starting your morning with radio calisthenics?
We hold radio calisthenics that anyone from children to adults can participate in, timed with the summer break of elementary and junior high schools. To accommodate those who may be sleeping in, it starts at 8:40 AM. Just showing up at the venue on the day is fine. Original stamp cards from Maizuru Park will also be distributed.
