Shinichi Asano was born in 1982 in Nishinomiya, Hyogo Prefecture, and currently resides in Kyoto. He graduated from the Western Painting course at Kyoto Seika University in 2005. In 2007, he completed his master's degree in oil painting at Hiroshima City University. After graduation, he has been actively exhibiting in group and solo exhibitions mainly in the Kansai region. He is currently a member of the Kenji Miyazawa Association. This exhibition, held two years after his last solo exhibition at our gallery, showcases a collection of his long-standing works on Kenji Miyazawa and space series, with a focus on the theme of 'Night on the Galactic Railroad,' featuring several oil paintings.
