Blume Hill offers a limited-time buffet featuring dishes centered around spring vegetables and sweet and sour strawberry sweets. In addition to menus using seasonal ingredients such as bonito, rapeseed flowers, and shirasu, you can enjoy spring flavors centered around local seasonal vegetables, including deep-fried spring vegetables. In the same buffet, you can also enjoy a 'Strawberry Chocolate Fountain' where strawberries are dipped in chocolate along with marshmallows, fruits, and sweets at no extra charge.
