Farmers' Market Tomiyama - Loquat Picking

Farmers' Market Tomiyama - Loquat Picking

Loquat picking starts again this year!

Farmers' Market Tomiyama

5/31(Sat)~Mid-Jun

A roadside station that can be accessed from both general roads and the Futtsu-Tateyama Road, serving as the gateway to the warm inland Boso region. The direct sales store, featuring fresh vegetables and flowers nurtured at the foot of Mt. Tomi, is a popular spot benefiting from the blessings of the sea from Iwai Beach. This year, reservations for loquat picking have begun. As a representative fruit of early summer, the loquats from Tomiura are cherished by many people and are also popular nationwide. Reservations are required in advance and there is a limit on the number of participants. It's usually crowded on weekends, so weekdays are recommended.
