Special Two-Day Event "OZAWA 2DAYS" vol. 31 by Takahiko Ozawa
The early summer menu is from Hokkaido.
The "OZAWA 2DAYS" event offers a limited two-day French course with a different theme each time. For the 31st edition, the theme is "Early Summer Menu from Hokkaido." Seasonal white asparagus from Hokkaido is paired with Botan shrimp. Hiroshima's Karuga eggplant is served with abalone. For dinner, a dish of foie gras, Hiroshima chicken, and truffles will be prepared. Let's look forward to the OZAWA-style French cuisine.
