An exhibition showcasing the lights of the nationally designated Important Intangible Folk Cultural Asset "Hirosaki Neputa" in the space of a Kyomachiya. The event features live performances of neputa paintings by elementary and middle school students, as well as live performances of traditional neputa music and Tsugaru shamisen, allowing guests to experience the charm of this inherited tradition from multiple perspectives. There are provisions in place for those with physical disabilities to participate, making it accessible for everyone.
