Family Concert on the Day of the Nagasaki Atomic Bomb
A family-oriented peace concert held in Nagasaki, marking the 80th anniversary of the atomic bombing. Pianist Soichiro Shigematsu will lead a fun session with various artists. Please bring instruments or sound-making toys. Anything that makes sound is welcome. The first half is for families, and the second half is for more curious children and adults. Performers include Soichiro Shigematsu (piano), Kouji Shimakawa (overtone musician), Naotaka Katada (cello), and Mariko Odawara (dance).
