Training experience at a temple in Hannō!
A training experience centered around zazen while listening to the sound of the river, the wind, and the chirping of birds in the nature of Hannō. A shojin cuisine lunch will be served. Additionally, participants will experience sutra copying by dedicating their heart to each character of the Heart Sutra.
