Katsushika Hokusai, the Edo Ukiyo-e artist known worldwide, became an artist at the age of 19 and left behind numerous masterpieces until his death at 90. Among them, the representative work "Hokusai Manga", alongside "Thirty-six Views of Mount Fuji", vividly depicts all things in the universe, including people's lives, flora and fauna, natural phenomena, famous places from various regions, and even gods, Buddha, and ghosts. This exhibition introduces a carefully selected collection of high-quality and well-preserved prints from Mr. Mitsuru Urakami's "Hokusai Manga" collection.
