The Full Disclosure of the Nagata Collection <Part 2> Hokusai - "Katsushika Hokusai Period" & "Daito Period" Edition

From the "Nagata Collection", which was donated by Hokusai researcher Seiji Nagata (1951-2018) and is not for public display outside the prefecture, we will unveil works from Hokusai's "Katsushika Hokusai Period" and "Daito Period" (around ages 46 to 60). More than 500 books including picture books and novels that Hokusai illustrated during that time will be exhibited in their entirety! Experience the stunning "Book World" as Hokusai, who became a pioneer in both editions, showcases his work.

Closed on Tuesdays (except for 9/23, which is open). Closed on 10/6 for exhibition change. Opening hours in September are from 10:00 AM to 30 minutes after sunset, and in October and November from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM. *Entry is until 30 minutes before closing.
