10 minutes from the "Matsue Nishi" IC on the San'in Expressway towards the prefectural office and Matsue Castle.
Take the Matsue Lake Line from JR Matsue Station for 13 minutes and get off at "Otemae Horikawa Pleasure Boat Dock / In front of Historical Museum", then walk for 3 minutes.
