The 26th Ogura Bridge Lantern Float

The 'Ogura Bridge Lantern Float' is held every year on August 16. Approximately 700 paper lanterns are floated on the Sagami River with various wishes. At the climax, fireworks are set off, vividly illuminating the thoughts of the people embedded in the lanterns. During this period, the lighting of Ogura Bridge is also done, creating a fantastic scene where the bridge's lights and the soft glow of the lanterns overlap.
