[Sakura Cherry Blossoms] Oohama Park

Oohama Park, a famous cherry blossom spot designated as a Prefectural Natural Park, is located in the southern part of the city. The gentle path to the summit transforms into a tunnel of thousands of cherry blossoms in spring, attracting numerous visitors every year. The view from the top of the park is magnificent, offering a panorama of the vast Pacific Ocean to the south and the distant Southern Alps and Mount Fuji to the north on clear days.
