The weeping cherry trees planted around the site of the historic Nejo Castle. These elegant trees, numbering 155 in total, have slightly different blooming periods, allowing visitors to enjoy the spring scenery for a longer time at Nejo. During this period, the main keep will be open for free. Amidst the gentle cherry blossoms of a medieval castle selected as one of Japan's 100 Great Castles, seize the opportunity to experience the history of Hachinohe. Food trucks will also be coming on April 20 (Sunday) and 27 (Sunday)!\n
