Held as an opportunity for exchange among the upper reaches of three rivers, "Fuefuki River Yamanashi City," "Arakawa Chichibu City," and "Chikumas River Kawakami Village," with Mt. Kobushigatake, one of Japan's top 100 mountains, acting as a watershed. A variety of experiential events such as a Hirose Dam tour, a shower climbing experience in Ichinokama Seiryu Valley, a guided tour catching fish in Nishizawa Valley, and craft experiences are packed into the schedule! Direct sales of specialty products from the headwaters are also very popular every year. The headwaters stage will showcase city tourism ambassadors and traditional performance arts.
