[Beach Swimming] Misakiura Beach

Misakiura Beach Park, located on Ibusuki Island with a population of about 6,000 people, northwest of Hirado Island. This was once the site of a whaling warehouse, and you can still see the monument of the Masutomi Whaling Warehouse ruins. The park features a ship-shaped athletic area, which is also recommended as a playground for children. In summer, a swimming area is set up, and many tourists enjoy summer leisure activities. Changing rooms are available. There is also the Misaki Campground on the island where camping is permitted. Barbecues are allowed.
