Hitotsuba Night Beach Yoga

This year marks the 9th year of beach yoga. A luxurious time that is just a little away from daily life. Wake up a bit early on Sunday mornings for a refreshing and meaningful day. On Friday nights, take a moment to relax after a week of hard work. Beginners, those with children, and people out for a walk are all welcome to join easily. Bring a yoga mat or a large bath towel, a drink, and comfortable clothing. No reservation required.
