Niwaka began during the Edo period in the Kyoho era, where every August, itinerant performers would take center stage and improvise comical stories on the streets. The main event features 'Yoshiwara Banashi'. This is a reenactment of the 'Niwaka' held during the Edo period, including Niwaka performances, Rakugo, and traditional Japanese music performances. The capacity is 50 people. Bento and drinks included. Reservation required. Reservations can be made via email. Harazon Park will also host a shopping district lottery and a children's area.
