Let's have fun moving our bodies in the Ikebiz Sports Room
This year, we will hold the 'Ikebiz Fitness Measurement Event' Vol.4. We will conduct five events: grip strength, one-leg stand, vertical jump, long-sitting forward bending, and baton reaction. After the measurements, we will host the popular universal sport 'Baton Soccer Game' that was well-received last year. Instructors from the sports program of the venue will be responsible for the warm-up. You will be able to receive tips and advice for each event. Participation with family and friends is welcome, as well as individual participation.
