Shimada Park Hydrangea Festival

In Shimada Park, a small hill overlooking Shimada Harbor, 150,000 hydrangeas with 3 million blooms blossom in June. The park has walking paths, allowing you to enjoy a stroll surrounded by large hydrangeas. During this period, there will be a "Bustling Street Market" with local products and shops selling potted hydrangeas and food, so why not enjoy the hydrangea viewing together? The Shimada City Tourism Association's website updates the blooming status irregularly, so use it as a reference for your outing.
