Starting Miso and Soy Sauce Making from Soybean Sowing
An event for sowing delicious local Chiba soybeans, which are touted as the finest for miso and soy sauce. After sowing the seeds, participants can enjoy a cooking experience where they prepare dishes using soybeans harvested last year, as well as barley and vegetables grown in no-till cultivation fields, all while savoring the flavors and completing the dishes together. This event is held as part of the "~Chiba's Original Scenery for Future Children~ Straw Bochi Project!"
