In 2025, we will commemorate the 220th anniversary of Danish author Hans Christian Andersen's birth and the 150th anniversary of his death. The stories left behind by Andersen are still beloved by many people today. Chihiro Iwasaki repeatedly depicted works based on Andersen's stories. What aspects of Andersen captivated Chihiro? Through over 850 existing works, we delve into the charm of Andersen through Chihiro's paintings and words.
