Yamaguchi Prefectural Archaeological Center Traveling Exhibition "Excavated Yamaguchi"

This is a special exhibition presenting the results of excavation surveys conducted in Yamaguchi Prefecture by the Yamaguchi Prefectural Archaeological Center in the fiscal year 2023. Visitors can see the results of excavation surveys in the prefecture at the earliest opportunity, as well as learn about the findings from representative archaeological sites of the past. The current exhibition features artifacts from the Jomon period to the medieval era, such as those from the Shimohirano Site and the Yoshii Site in Tabuse Town, along with a featured display of excavated Hagi ware.
