About 900 Somei Yoshino cherry trees, about 400 yellow cherry trees, and about 700 Yaezakura cherry trees will bloom in succession, allowing you to enjoy the cherry blossoms blooming along the lakeshore for about three weeks. The expected peak bloom is late April for Somei Yoshino, early May for yellow cherry, and early May for Yaezakura. The peak bloom may vary depending on the weather. Why not take a stroll along the dam lakeshore and fully enjoy the brilliantly blooming cherry blossoms and the clear air.
