Experience the thrilling fireworks up close!

Under Kankobashi, Omoigawa Riverbank

9/23(Tue) 18:30

The fireworks festival, held at the clear stream Omoigawa flowing through the almost center of Oyama City, boasts one of the largest scales in the Kanto region, celebrating its 73rd year this year. Traditionally held at the end of July, this year it has been moved to September for safety reasons during emergencies due to the risks of heatstroke and severe weather such as guerrilla rainstorms. The proximity of the launch site and viewing area allows for an impressive experience with continuous launches of large shells and wide star mines, as well as citizen-participation Niagara waterfalls.
