Daifukuda-ji Kuwana Seiten Festival (May)
Spiritual experience at Kuwana Seiten for increased financial luck
Daifukuda-ji, beloved by the local community as Kuwana's Seiten. The Seiten is enshrined as the 'God of Wealth' known for bringing worldly benefits, similar to Ganesha in India. Rubbing the 'fukubukuro' associated with the three-faced Daikokuten enshrined in Seiten Hall brings health benefits. The temple grounds also feature stalls selling mitarashi dango, dried goods, and Koya cedar. A limited edition gold goshuin is available. On the 1st, the matchmaking Kan'non is specially opened for viewing. ■Notes A smaller event is also held on the 16th of every month, but there are no stalls or distribution of gold goshuin.

About an 8-minute walk from the west exit of Kuwana Station on the JR Kansai Line and Kintetsu Nagoya Line.
