What is a kofun?

From the mid-3rd century to the late 6th century, various types of kofun were constructed in the rice farming society of the Japanese archipelago as if they were feverishly inspired, totaling over 160,000. What kind of views of the afterlife and beliefs did people back then have when conducting their mourning rites? Lecturer: Seigo Wada (Emeritus Professor, Ritsumeikan University). Capacity is 100 people. Registration on the day.
