KyuKanmura Chausuyama Kogen Sunday Morning Limited Source Water Coffee Walking Event 2025 (June)

A special walking event that takes place only on Sunday mornings. It takes about a 15-minute walk from KyuKanmura to the source of the Yahagigawa River. The Yahagigawa River flows into cities such as Toyota and Okazaki and is an important water source in Aichi Prefecture. The water at the source feels cold in summer and warm in winter. We will collect water from this source and boil it on the spot to make hot coffee. Drinking freshly brewed coffee outdoors in the early morning is surely exceptional. Let’s wake up early and participate. We will walk a mountain path for about 15 minutes one way (a round trip of about 30 minutes). Preparing the coffee takes about 15 minutes. ■Notes Please pay attention to your clothing, as the temperature is 7-8°C lower than in flat areas.

Held every Sunday. Please gather 5 minutes before departure. Canceled in bad weather. Always check in advance. If it is expected to rain without a doubt on Sunday morning as of 8 PM the day before (Saturday), the event may be canceled in advance.
