We are hosting a fun learning session for children in elementary and junior high school, organized by the (Society) International Tourism Japanese Restaurant Association! Kawairyou is a restaurant established in 1830 during the Tenpo era. It was a gathering place for influential figures such as Kido Takayoshi, Inoue Kaoru, Okubo Toshimichi, Itagaki Taisuke, and Ito Hirobumi, where the "Osaka Conference," which laid the foundation for constitutional politics, was held. This year marks the 150th anniversary of the Osaka Conference. You can learn about the history of Osaka, and afterward, enjoy a meal and matcha. A wonderful summer vacation memory awaits!
