World Vision Summer School 2025 in Nakano

A popular event held every year since 2006. This year, in its 20th year, it is supported by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, and the education boards of Nakano and Bunkyo Wards. Participants will deepen their understanding of SDGs Goal 1 'No Poverty', Goal 3 'Good Health and Well-being', and Goal 6 'Clean Water and Sanitation' through a 'water-fetching' experience using tanks used in developing countries and games, fostering a collaborative approach to problem-solving. For details and to apply, please visit the official website. Application deadline is June 23 (Monday). Capacity: 50 pairs of lower-grade elementary children and parents, 50 upper-grade students.
