Lively calls and the magnificent sound of Hanagasa drums. Leading a beautifully decorated float, dancers holding colorful costumes and caps adorned with safflower perform a group dance on the main street of Yamagata City, igniting the luxurious summer nights of Yamagata with a splendid festival.
