Kagoshima Kinko Bay Summer Night Fireworks Festival

Started with the Millennium, this is a summer tradition in Kagoshima. The largest fireworks festival in Kyushu, held against the backdrop of the world-renowned active volcano Sakurajima and the tranquil Kinko Bay. With a focus on impressive displays, including multiple launches of 1-shaku and simultaneous launches of 2-shaku fireworks, approximately 15,000 fireworks light up the summer night sky.
