Nordic Walking Introductory Course Practice

Learn the sport born in Northern Europe, walking with two poles, from a 'Master Trainer' starting from the basics! Whether you are someone who wants to start or someone who is already enjoying it, we will teach you carefully from scratch. The theme is 'Tips for Beautiful Walking,' explained clearly by the 'Master Trainer.' After deepening understanding, there will be a lesson on basic movements.
