GW Family Festival

As a related event to the special exhibition "Osaka Air Raids - Memories from 80 Years Ago," we will screen the animated film "Ashita Genki ni Nare! - Half a Sweet Potato -" (90 minutes). Set in Tokyo, which was turned into a burned-out wasteland by the air raids, it depicts the lives of siblings who became war orphans, living brightly and resiliently in an era of poverty and anxiety right after the war. No application is required (first-come, first-served on the day).

Admission fee only required: Adults 250 yen, High School Students 150 yen, Free for Middle School Students and below, those 65 years or older, and people with disabilities (proof required). Those presenting a "Maidokodemo Card" can have up to 2 accompanying children under 18 enter for free.
