[Cherry Blossom・Peak Viewing] Iyama Cherry Blossom Tunnel

Kawane-cho Iyama, renowned as a cherry blossom spot. During the cherry blossom blooming period from late March to early April, the approximately 80-year-old cherry trees, mainly of the Somei Yoshino variety, create a 'cherry blossom tunnel' along National Route 473, enveloping everything in pink. The sight of trains running through the approximately 1km cherry-lined path alongside the Oigawa Railway, right next to the cherry blossom tunnel, provides the perfect photo opportunity.
