Spring cooking event using wild plants and mountain vegetables
Various wild plants and mountain vegetables, such as kanzō, yomogi, kuzu, and also taranome, grow naturally around Kitora's rice fields. A fieldwork experience of picking wild plants while strolling through the forest and embankments. A cooking event using freshly picked wild plants will also be held. A cooking event to receive the fresh energy of spring. Advance registration is required (via Jalan.net). Capacity is 20 people.
