Nordic Walking Experience: Basics + Practice

Let's learn the Nordic sport of walking with two poles from a master trainer! Whether you are a beginner wanting to start or already enjoying the activity, you can learn carefully from the basics. The master trainer will provide an easy-to-understand explanation on the theme of 'Tips for Beautiful Walking'. After deepening your understanding, there will be a lesson on basic movements. Participation fee: 500 yen, rental pole 500 yen (for those who do not have one), plus entrance fee: Adults 580 yen, High school students 290 yen, Free for junior high school students and below
